Adobe flashplayer not working on firefox 3.5?
Okay, I'm not VERY GOOD with computers, i don't know how all the systems are called and that. So I want some detailed help please.
I've downloaded Minefield a while ago and when I wanted to switch window, it became annoying because the browser went all flashy and stuff, then it just went back to the previous window. I had to click on the other window like 5 times to get to it, it became annoying so I've downloaded Firefox 3.5 again.
Then I went to a flashgame site, and when I try to play something, it says this :
To play games on Kongregate, you must have Javascript enabled and be using a current version of Adobe's Flash Player.
Get Adobe Flash Player
-Kongregate is the flash game site-
Alright so I downloaded it, for the second time, and guess what? It still doesn't work. What do I do? Could someone help me please?

Inappropriate?Do you have an add-on called NoScript installed?
If so this is the problem and you have to allow the kongregate.com s-eu4e
if not go to tools/options.../content and make sure javascript is enabled
if still doesnt work go to tools/add-ons/plugins and make sure flash player is really installed.
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?Go to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash" folder and copy "NPSWF32.dll" and paste it in your mozilla plugins folder. Restart firefox and it will work.

This is a good technique... it worked for me for this problem... Hope it works for all... Copy the above said file to folder C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins -
Inappropriate? Also when you downloaded did you install?

Inappropriate? What version of flash does this page say you have, does it match what it lists as the latest version?
-
Inappropriate?First, uninstall Flash Player from your computer using Revo Uninstaller. This will remove all traces of the program. Then, download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from File Hippo. Close your browser and install Flash Player. Visit the site that you were trying to access.
