The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company has acknowledged this problem.

What OS and version? And, since Firefox 3 comes out tuesday, I would like to wait until you upgrade (if your OS supports Fx3, i.e. isn't Windows 98) because that might end up fixing it.
