Different languages in nountypes.js than builtincmd.js (used for translate command)

Languages var in nountypes.js is different than the Languages var in buildincmd.js, for the translate command. For example, the Romanian language is *not* present in the first one, but is in buildincmd.js.

So even if google is able to translate from/to Romanian, Ubiquity is not able to select that language for translation.
