Firefox 3.0.11 always requires User Access Control in Windows 7.

Ever since updating to 3.0.11, every time I open Firefox, I have to go through User Access Control. I'm using the latest Windows 7 release candidate. This problem only starting happening a couple days ago. The only things I can think of installing are the 3.0.11 update and ffdshow.
