Inappropriate?Hi my name is Myles and I volunteer giving support at Live Chat, http://support.mozilla.com/chat
The most common types of crashes are caused by add-ons. Please try safe mode. Safe Mode is a special way of running Firefox that temporarily disables extensions, themes and toolbar changes. If your problem stops while in this mode, we can find the item that is causing the trouble.
Full safe mode instructions are at http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode.
If safe mode doesn't fix the problem try this article, http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Firefox...
I understand that if crashes are random, it is going to be hard to troubleshoot in safe mode. If this is the case just supply me with the add-ons that you have installed and I'll see what I can do.
Hope this solves the problem,
Myles
I’m sure this problem with be solved soon.

Your Second Link: 404 Not Found So does this mean that users need to be wary of the add-ons they install, or the amount. Or is it both? I also understand that a site with too much java script can cause a browser to crash. True? -
