Firefox crashing frequently.

@firefox_answers seems to be on the right track helping you with this issue, however, I have a couple things to add.

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/M... is a diagnostic tool that comes up after a crash - it sends information to our developers that help us to understand why the software crashed, and this in turn helps us make the software more stable. Please make sure you are sending these reports when prompted so that we can learn from them.

Finally, if you have submitted a crash report via Crash Reporter, if you go to the special URL about:crashes you can get a list of all the crashes you've reported, with links to the detailed reports. If you can post a few of these, we should be able to give you a better idea of what's causing your crashes.
