There could be a billion and one reasons, but let's make things easier on me. What version of Firefox are you using? What Operating System are you using? Has it always not saved your passwords? Have you seen this other thread, FILLED WITH SOLUTIONS, titled Firefox won't save my passwords.?!?!?!‽‽‽
