Firefox for Mac does not add where from meta-information to downloaded files.

Applications like Safari and Camino add a piece of meta-information to the files I download from the web so that I can find out where I downloaded them from at a later time. This feature is absent in Firefox 3.5 and it would be really helpful to have it–especially after I've cleared the downloads list.
