Gmail only shows html code when sending link trough Gmail
My frien send me a webpage link with gmail and it shows as follows:
From the page 【実写速報】ソニー「サイバーショットDSC-W270」:
<tr><td width="320"><1img src="http://dc.watch.impress.co.jp/cda/static/image/2009/03/12/w2702_01.jpg" height="240" alt="" width="320">
</td>
<td width="320">
<1img src="http://dc.watch.impress.co.jp/cda/static/image/2009/03/12/w2702_02.jpg" height="240" alt="" width="320">
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td width="320">
<font></font></td>Wide-angle end of 4000 × 3000 / 1 / 160 sec / F8 / 0EV / ISO80 / programs / WB: Auto / 5mm telephoto end of 4000 × 3000 / 1 / 100 seconds / F13 / 0EV / ISO80 / programs / WB: Auto / 25mm</tr>
i know that Gmail does not support HTML as code, so how do I send a link to a page with ubiquity. (img-tags are changed to 1img)

Inappropriate?You need to have a gmail tab open before you use the gmail ubiquity command. That way the html will be formatted properly in the newly opened tab.
Cheers!

Inappropriate?It solves the question, but sort of contradicts the idea of "cohesive browsing". :)
I’m surprised.

Inappropriate?bllix, you're right. I was pretty annoyed when i had to figure out why this was happening the first time round...
It's a work in progress -- they're looking to integrate this into thunderbird also.
