I broke it (Ubiquity not opening).
So I guess I broke ubiquity using the command editor, I'm not sure how.
I am new to javascript but have done some programming in the past and thought I'd give writing ubiquity commands a whirl. My "hello world" command worked fine, but then I wrote a synonym finder command, and after I saved it, ubiquity would not open up.
It does not respond to the ctrl-space and the menu bar when I right click does not work either. I am stumped.

Inappropriate?Thanks for replying.
I looked at that link and some ones on that page. People with my problem (the error console says gUbiquity is null) all seem to be running on 0.1.2, whereas I am running on 0.1.4
Still unsure as to what might have caused this. I tried re-installing it and the error console exploded with messages after I restarted firefox, although stupidly I cleared it so I don't know what they were. However, still "gUbiquity is null" occurs when I enter the hotkey.
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Look at the solution at the end. Uninstall ubiquity then manually delete the files referenced in the last post. Reinstall and you should be good.

Inappropriate?Uninstalling ubiquity manually deleting files does not work for me.
Uninstalling firefox and creating a new profile does not work for me as well.
now I have 0.1.7.1, still no luck
I’m frustrated!
