i have problem with mozila firefox

Which version of Firefox are you on? About how many tabs do you have open (and, if you know, do any have Flash or perhaps a video running) when Firefox crashes? Since most likely you do have flash in at least one tab, it'd be wise to do a full uninstall and reinstall. If you're still having crashes, try Safe Mode for a while. If that works, do an extension rundown to locate the culprit.
