Improve command subscription methods/settings
Improve subscription settings, methods and controls. It would nice to be able to give Ubiquity a URI of a .js file containing commands rather than having to have it linked from a page. Also, if there were a way to specify the interval used for command feed updating, that would be very useful.

Inappropriate?Oh yeah! When I was trying to write my own command the other day, it was annoying to have to make a blank HTML file with a <link /> element so I could subscribe to my own command.
