Is it any surprise that Mozilla has their own @comcastcares ? It's @firefox_answers ...thinks Firefox is crashing from add-ons (good rec.)

No, @firefox_answers is just a person passionate about responding to twitter posts mentioning Firefox issues. This does not mean that Mozilla does not appreciate the help some users receive from @firefox_answers, but that the user is operating in a purely unofficial capacity.
