Keep Ubiquity window opened when change focus?

Hello, I have a dual monitor configuration and I have the problem that Ubiquity window hides when I change the focus to another window of the other monitor.

Is it possible to change this behavior? Or at least create a pin button that I can press to be ablet to leave the window opened as I want?
