Let Ubiquity interact with external applications
I'd love to see Ubiquity work with other applications such as Live Messenger (or any other instant messenger for that matter) or foobar2000 (insert any media player you like). Like, for example: type "icq this pawel" to send the marked link, text, whatever to Pawel using ICQ. Or skipping a track in foobar2000 by typing "next" or "skip" or something. I don't know whether and if, how this is possible, but it would be REALLY awesome if you could get this to work. But seeing that an extension like FoxyTunes can actually interact with Winamp or something makes it look quite possible.

Inappropriate?I'm getting really tired of answering this because nobody notices the suggested 'these might be the same question' submissions, which are titled almost the exact same thing, like using ubiquity from an external shell/external application, Could Ubiquity be cross-application, not just Firefox., and Ubiquity accessible outside Firefox browser.
Ubiquity was created mainly by Aza Raskin, who started Humanized and created a product called Enso. When you find out what it is, you'll defecate bricks.
