My Email doesn't print!
Email text won't print....just headers/footers. It goes through the whole printing process, and prints the "Windows Live Hotmail" header and date & time footer, but nothing on the rest of the page. When I try to save it as a pdf, it saves it, but the e-mail text doesn't appear on the new pdf. Help me. I'm using MSN for email, and Mac OS 10.4.11 operating system.

Inappropriate?What a surprise, a microsoft product doesn't work in non internet explorer browsers on non windows operating systems.
mrstevenrogers says you should use the print e-mail button inside the msn/hotmail/windows live mail area, because that'll actually work.

That's great Mr Rogers, although I miss being able to use print preview. Any one know why this happens ? I've printed off thousands of emails using the dropdown menu under the FILE heading and suddenly it doesn't work anymore. I don't suppose this is flash player causing more problems ?? -
Microsoft decided they don't want people to be happy unless they use IE, so they crippled printing to discourage use of other browsers. You should just switch away from Hotmail/Windows Live to something better like Gmail.

Actually Thomas, this happens with Gmail too.
Just out of interest I will try it with others and see if it happens across the full bandwidth of browsers. -
Wait, so you're saying the Print button on the Firefox toolbar (not the one inside the Windows Live Mail webpage) works but not Print Preview? I was talking about how WLM only prints if you use the Printer icon inside the webpage, not the Firefox printer icon.

Inappropriate?I don't see a "print e-mail" button after I get into my "Windows Live" page. Can you explain where that might be? Is it in the tool bar, or is it an icon.....?
Also to clarify, this problem just started occurring, as I've been able to print my e-mails just fine in the past.

Inappropriate?It's a little icon above the text area of the e-mail that looks like a printer, I'm betting. If you posted a screenshot (apple+shift+4, then hit spacebar, then click the browser window, then post the png file from your desktop via the add an image button don't forget to click upload), I could see where it would be.
I don't use Windows Live mail, and I'm basing my advice on what someone else who does posted.
