Puts 1.9 commands in unsuscribed list for accidental re-subscription.
Updating to Ubiquity 0.5 puts the old commands in the unsubscribed list and if you subscribe again it screws everything up.

Unfortunately getting them out of the unsubscribed list is actually a little difficult to implement. I'll see if someone can take a look at it.
