Strata Aero theme causes Bookmark Toolbar Items button to display all the time

The Strata Aero theme for XP has a problem where the Bookmarks Toolbar Items button can't be moved off the bookmarks toolbar and displays all the time. If you have additional bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar, you can't access the drop-down menu for them. I uninstalled the theme and my toolbar worked again, so that's why I think it's a problem in this theme. I really like the theme though so I'm hoping this issue can be resolved.
