The SeaMonkey urgent need to change the layout
The project goes dead, trying to copy the layout of the netscape.
He should be a program that download the "Firefox" (yes, the firefox to download) for the browser and Thunderbird for the mail client and the sunbird to the calendar client.
Not building a new browser, a
Nobody will want to maintain a giant program like this.
The seamonkey 2.0 not change the layout... It still a netscape....
lets do a diferent suit, new and powerfull.
the seamonkey must be a "megapack" downloader, like the "google updater".
TO ABANDON THE OLD PROJECT TO MAKE A NEW PROJECT.

Inappropriate?Seamonkey is built on exactly the same core gecko engine codebase as Firefox and Thunderbird and Sunbird. The difference is Seamonkey has the functionality of all three without the need to have the equivalent of 3 XULrunner installations. It has one.
As long as the core is maintained by mozilla developers, Seamonkey developers have much less work to do :)
