Tinyurl (and Bitly) commands use wrong (old) source URL

I have this problem with both the standard built in Tinyurl command, and the add-on Bitly command. After I've used them once, every time after that they retain the old/first URL. I can't figure out how to get them to shorten a new URL I've selected. All the other commands seem to realize the new text I've selected. Only Tinyurl and Bitly just won't forget my first selection. Using Ubiquity 0.5.4 with portable Firefox 3.5.3 on XP.
