Ubiquity foiled by network authentication
When there's a "gatekeeper" page that you have to click through to access a network, ubiquity freaks out.
On starting firefox, it will spam alert windows telling you there's a problem with a mozilla security certificate. This seems to be because it's receiving the gatekeeper page in response to some requests.
Unfortunately, the rate at which it spams this message creates an extreme usability issue.

Inappropriate? Can you tell me which network you are having an issue with?
Is this a small coffee shop down the street, AT&T @ Starbucks, etc.
For me, Ubiquity fails silently. I have not had spamming or anything I would call an extreme usability issue.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I don't think I've seen this problem since updating to 1.5.
(Oh, and the problem was occurring when using my university's wireless connection.)
-
Inappropriate? If you are still having this problem update to the latest version.
We are working on making Ubiquity behave better when there is no internet connection as well.
