Ubiquity UI integration with Fx UI (tl;dr- skinning)
Ubiquity, at the moment, does not even look like a feature in Fx, but instead looks like something just tacked on. I know it's a bit early in the testing cycle, but it would be nice for a skinning engine to be made available for Ubiquity, and skinning tools to integrate it into the Fx UI better. Maybe the main Fx skin site could have skins for Ubiquity released with browser skins (with a logo to indicate availability of Ubiquity skins), in one package, eventually (detects Ubiquity on download and either sends just the browser skin or the Browser+ ubiquity skin).
(Quick edit: THis would be for more consumer releases of Ubiquity, rather than devbuilds)

Inappropriate? We are very eager to integrate Ubiquity visually with your Firefox and also, support other user created skins.
At the moment, basic skinning functionality exists in Ubiquity (not in the released version yet) but it's still being worked on. So, it's coming soon.
You can check out a new skin for Ubiquity here: http://www.yatriksolanki.com/?p=34
