war between mozilla and facefiles pop

topic is tagged z-index? so basically you're saying that they improperly used zindex and put some stuff on the bottom of stuff that it should be on the top of? or are you talking about the Kyanka trick, where a large clear flash file is placed on top of the page so browsers obeying zindex (like firefox) can't click through to anything?
