Why can't I save pictures as jpg, not photosuite?
"How do I "save image as" a jpg file not a photosuite image" When I right click on a photo to save it, I only get a photosuite option to save it . If I use IE, I can right click and it says" save picture as" and I can select jpg. How come I can't do this with firefox?

Inappropriate?This is probably because you have "photosuite" (which I've never heard of) installed on your computer and associated with the .jpg format.
If I had Winamp installed as my default .mp3 player, and I tried to download an MP3, it'd probably say Save as: Winamp Media File (*.mp3), which didn't mean it was a Winamp file but that Winamp calls them "winamp media files".
Have you tried to download it as "photosuite" and open it with any other jpg viewer, like mspaint? -

Inappropriate?What is the trouble when using Firefox? You didn't answer my question, what happens when you download it with Firefox and try to open it with an application other than photosuite which views jpgs? If it says "photosuite" but downloads as a normal jpg, this is just because that's how photosuite has changed your computer's naming defaults.

Inappropriate?How can I change my default for firefox. It works fine with IE but I'd rather use firefox. I like to view slideshows and you can't with Photosuite.

Inappropriate?We still haven't determined if saving as Photosuite is a real problem, or just something you don't like about how file downloads are displayed.
Regardless, you can change how files are handled by going to Tools, Options, Applications, and searching "jpg". If that doesn't work, open My Computer and click Tools, Folder Options, hit the File Types tab, scroll to JPG, hit Change..., and select Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

Inappropriate?When I save images as Photosuite, I can not view them as a slide show. That is what I'm trying to accomplish.
