A little more information could help out. How is it not working? Is it launching? Is it giving an error message? Does it not connect to any sites?

Also, one random fix might be, uninstall and reinstall. But most likely you won't need to do that.

Probably because you haven't allowed it in your antivirus' built in firewall.
