"incorrect message authentication code"

Since installing Thunderbird 2.0.0.21, I keep getting an "Alert" Message that Thunderbird received a message with incorrect message authentication code. It will keep popping up and is very annoying. Only happens on my MAC, doesn't happen on PC. Can you help?
