Inappropriate?Can you provide more details? I mean, I know you think you were being super clear, but it's like telling a doctor "I'm sick" and leaving it at that. How are you sick? Coughing, sneezing, runny nose? With Thunderbird, it'd be nice to know what kind of connection you're on, what ISP you're with, and who your e-mail provider is (is it your ISP? Is it Gmail? Yahoo?).

Inappropriate?I just added an email account for my wife. It works in net mail, but in Thunderbird. I can send, but not receive in Thunderbird.
I have compared all the account settings for the new wife's account, and they are the same as my old account, except the user name and email address front end.
My ISP is pop.att.yahoo.com and my hookup is DSL. Thanks for any help,
