Embedded pictures/clip art problems

When I am sent an email with pictures/clip art they either appear at the end of the email or as attachments. I have to copy text to a Word Doc. then copy and paste the pictures/clip art. Also, how do you forward/reply and have the clip art with animation work - when I try it loses the animation and is just a clip art with no movement. Are there settings I can change to correct this?
