Free Incredimail to .eml converter
Hi!
My wife was recently using Incredimail email client and I finally convinced her to use Thunderbird. (Now she loves Thunderbird!) I recently found out that there was no way to convert her Incredimail folders to Thunderbird. So, I looked on the web and found a couple of converters which would convert to .eml (then to Thunderbird), but some of them did not work or had to pay money for them. Yuk!
To solve my problem, I spend some time writing a small converter application which takes the latest format of the Incredimail database and converts all the emails to .eml. I am willing to give this application to all who needs it for free. I am also willing to support it as much as I can.
I was just wondering if there was a need for such an application for the Thunderbird community?

That sounds wonderful! I've seen requests for Incredimail (not even sure what it is, frankly), and I'm sure others would love to have an answer there.
My suggestion is to publish the software in source code as well, so that people who are interested can help fix bugs, make sure it's secure, etc. I'd recommend code.google.com, or github.com, as a place to post the code.
Thanks!
I’m excited

Great!
I will post my project and source code somewhere, probably on code.google.com. I will reply and post the site once I clean up the code a bit. -
Inappropriate?Hi again!
I started a project at http://code.google.com/p/incredimail-.... The project still needs a lot of work, but people can start using the application and review the code if they would like. I hope this helps people convert from Incredimail to Thunderbird with little effort.
