2) Sure, you could use a filter and set it to forward all e-mails.
3) I guess you mean you want to delete your profile, and thus DELETE ALL E-MAIL (which you might not want to do). Just find your profile folder and delete it. Then ALL YOUR DATA, including E-MAILS and your ADDRESS BOOK will be GONE. Then when you uninstall and reinstall, you will be starting over completely.
