How do I send privacy law compliant emails to a list of patients?
I am a physician who would like to send emails to lists of patients. Privacy laws mandate that each recipient not know who else received the email. If I make a list within an address book and send to the list - will that show only the list name in the "To:" line of the message header?

Inappropriate?You're looking for bcc

Thanks Thomas - Is there any way to set up the list so that the ONLY way for messages to be sent to that list is bcc? This would take the human error (forgetting to change "To" to "bcc") out of the equation. One time of forgetting to do this would be a giant (and illegal) oops. -
Inappropriate?Mailing list software such as MailMan might also be what you're looking for Many web hosting providers have it preinstalled, or you can take a look here: http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/i...
