how to alphabetize contacts in address book?
As a tech luddite, I'm finally converting the mass of my email to TBird from Mozilla (ok...). I don't need to convert or link, since I'm doing that manually, but how do I organize my address book? I would like entries to alphabetize but, there seems no way to ask for this parameter.
(BTW, we run Tbird on PowerBooks, and figure we cannot transfer those email address books either.)
I run iMac os x.5.7, TBird version 2.0.0.21 (20090302)

Inappropriate? Thanks, this was helpful. I just set up a new computer, and was having trouble with help in much software. I had grown used to Mozilla's having so many task links in the message (and address list) pane, that I couldn't find anything, and linking to help online resulted in faqs not covering basics such as organizing. It's clear that the virtue of Thunderbird is its simplicity. I will keep this in mind as I use it.
I’m grateful, calm
