INLINE sending
When I select a word document and then try to copy it inline in an email it gets all discombobulated! How do I correct this?

Inappropriate?Word adds a bunch of junk formatting, if you save it as a text file in word (and it'll complain about removing formatting), THEN copy paste it, it should work fine.

Please, give me very specific instructions to accomplish this task. I am not a youngster! -
Inappropriate?Ok, go into word and open the file. Click File > Save As, and in the "Save as type" dropdown (just under the box you type the name of the file), pick Plain Text (*.txt), and save the file. You can save it anywhere, you aren't actually going to open it, as Word will say "this will remove all formatting!" (which is the junk you're talking about), you say OK, then you copy the text into Thunderbird. This is the only way I know how to do it, because I never use Word myself. There might be a quicker way :-/
