Problem with Upgrade and re-installment!
Yesterday an automatic upgrade of Thunderbird happened. When I restarted my computer the program could not opened and I've dowloaded the latest version and tried to re-intalled, but after pressing the RUN button , a window pops up* which says the following and I cannot get further and moreover the program does not open any more even that I've tried to reinstall it many times.
*"Error opening file for writing. C/program files?MozillaThundebird/mozMapi32.dll
Click rentry or try again or cancel to stop the installation"

Inappropriate?Hi,
The problem maybe caused if you have a Logitech web cam, and what's happening is the file we need to update is in use by Logitech. You can disable the webcam in the system tray by right clicking on the webcam icon and then exiting out of the application. And then try re-installing Thunderbird again.
You can also make the webcam use another application as the default email system. That may help as well.
There's more information in this article here:

Inappropriate?I tried uninstalling, and I dug up a previous version of Thunderbird and that didn't work. There is some .DLL or something that is now the problem.
I don't have Logitech Webcam, so the solution noted above doesn't work for me. It is some driver conflict, but I can't find it.
I’m still perplexed, and reluctantly using Outlook

Inappropriate?I do not have Logitech Web Cam running either... Which DLL and where do you fix it. ??? I can "clean" all directories (CC Cleaner, Revo Uninstaller) and get 2.0.0.12 working, but will not update until there is a fix?
I’m curious
