How to move Thunderbird profile (including email) from one drive to another? WAS:reinstall Tbird using info in Mozilla folder on old hard drive

Hi . I had to install a new Hard Drive & reinstall vista os, Unfortunately I wasn't able to export any of my email settings. I can view the folders in my old hard drive. ie: Mozilla Thunderbird folder in the program files. Is there any way I can get my Thunderbird up an running with all my old settings and saved emails.......Using the old folder?
