How can I run more than 1 copy of Thunderbird on my computer for different E-Mail accounts?

Inappropriate?You can use the profile manager, and the -no-remote command line switch to have more than one instance of Thunderbird open under different profiles.

However, this may not be necessary at all, Thunderbird will let you configure multiple email accounts to the same profile, and check all of them, either bringing all the mail into the same folder, or separate ones for each account.
