MozyHome Servers give a bad message; I ain't got no satisfaction!
I am receiving a "Bad message from MozyHome Servers" error and have not been able to backup for 7 full days now. That kind of defeats the purpose of a backup service. Can someone please tell me what's going on? Mozy's support email has yielded no response.
