Is something wrong with Mr. Tweet or with me?

I added Mr. Tweet a few days ago and I haven't gotten any feedback it yet. How long do I have to wait to hear anything? Do I have to do anything besides following Mr. Tweet? How long will I be stuck in limbo? Thanks in advance!
