Please get rid of the status bar icon in the Firefox extension.
The Firefox extension is great, but the status bar icon is useless. Adding a link to Twitter's homepage would be better; the status bar icon is mostly for features to which you want access from anywhere, but the only feature gained here is the ability to visit http://mrtweet.com, which could be added to bookmarks.

1) your twitter homepage OR
2) your mrtweet homepage

That would be nice, but I still think (at least for myself) I'd never interact directly with it that way. I've already found the profile page stats to be really useful on Twitter.com and have clicked through to Mr. Tweet about half the time, so it's not that I'm not using it. :)
