What we all seem to want

First off, Mr. Tweet is a great tool. Mr. Tweet will be something that will be highly used.

From what I read it seems that everyone wants a way to filter (and/or sort) based upon selected criteria. Either filtering people we already follow, filter based upon relevant criteria, filter low-ratio users, filter based upon signup date, filter based upon region, filter on specific "tags", etc. But tags may be something that you would need to add yourself and associate on your end (i.e., conservative, liberal, media, music, etc. where people can "edit" their own Mr. Tweet profile tags?) But it would have to be based upon a predefined tag list or it would get out of control. Also you should definitely add the ability to see your own profile and what others see of you. One other item that may be difficult (you would have to search, index and regularly update) is to have the ability to see and sort based upon the number of "mutual" friends (in other words, who else is following user A and user B, etc..
