I have no idea how you could do this, but if you could recommend people to STOP following due to an abundance of not very useful tweets clogging up the twitstream, that would be invaluable. Otherwise, love your service!

Inappropriate?That is HAZY territory obviously. =P Hmmm.... the problem is that this is often subjective, and it is hard to apply an objective measure.

For me it would be discussion of politics and/or religion. Maybe have a list of keywords that I could check the ones I want to find - and show me which people use those words a lot? -
Inappropriate?is there a tool to show me people i am following who no longer post? people i should UNfollow?
