How long does it take for videos to be viewable in Shwup?
How long is the conversion to viewable form supposed to take once the file is uploaded? I've only tried one file, but it took days where the total time to upload AND convert and be viewable with youtube was under half an hour. Is this unusual or to be expected? It is up and working now...

When the muvee is uploaded to shwup, it should take a short while for the actual preparation process. But it should not take hours or days. The time it takes depends on the length of the muvee. Sometimes it will take a little longer if there are too many muvees uploaded/created by other users.
Can you please try to upload another muvee and let us know if that appears after few minutes.
