muvee reveal closes when adding m2ts files
I want to make movies from clips recorded from my canon HD camcorder. The format is m2ts. But when i add any m2ts video/clip, muvee reveal closes. The clips are not too big in size few MBs, and this happens even when i try to add a single small clip. I can't do anything. What do I do?

Inappropriate?Hey hey, did you install Reveal's HD camcorder Add-on? When you purchased Reveal, you will be given a link to download the Add-On.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Ok. I saw your other post and you have already installed the Add-On. Since the files are only a few MB, can you choose the smallest file that crash your PC and send to me? email: yihyeong AT muvee DOT com
I am assuming that you are using Reveal build 2056 and latest HD Add-on: File:HDCamcorderAdd-on_1.0.39.8090_2007.exe
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?thanks for the quick responses..... but i am really giving up on reveal. I am a software tester myself, and i wonder how did you even think of releasing this without extensive testing and so many bugs lying around, even with the basic functionalities..
i have the addon installed and i can make muvees and the preview is good too. I like the interface and the ease of use, but i am not able to burn a dvd. It saves for 5% and the whole application crashes. The results look so promising in the preview, but when i try to burn to dvd, it's all gone with the wind. I was going to recommend this software to my many family members who are not so good at computers, but now i have second thoughts.
I dont think the hardware is a problem, i have a 3GB ram with vista, and also if it helps, the previews are perfect.
Its not only the dvd burn, but even trying to save to computer crashes reveal. What's the point in making a muvee if u cant save it?
Give me a resolution to make the dvd burn work, and i'll really appreciate your efforts.
I’m dissappointed and frustrated

Inappropriate? Can you try to save a muvee using the the sample media that came with the application? They are under "My documents" folder. Also, if you can try just with say 5 of your own photos and see if the saving is ok.
Please help us by doing the simple tests above and see what happens. Thanks!
I’m confident
