Muvee Reveal is a superior product
Muvee is the best! Muvee Reveal is an excellent product and superior to its competition. It plays my .mov (quicktime files) as well as other home movie clips, which were then burned to a DVD and now plays perfectly on my DVD player. No other product could do this. I made a simple DVD without any added affects, then I made one with special affects. It's amazing and so easy to use. Their customer service is terrific. I had a problem, wrote to them, received a fast individualized response, and my problem was resolved. Customer service is extremely important to me when I buy any product. Their customer service is knowledgable and supportive, so you don't have to go on a desperate search looking for help through other online sources. I'm hard to please, but I highly recommend muvee reveal.

Inappropriate?Toni, I am very glad your experience with our products and customer service was positive. Reveal launched with quite an embarassing number of issues regarding graphic card conflicts, some of which we could not have forseen due to the lack of availability of cards to test.
We immediately put in place a very aggressive updates plan which saw us pushing out new updates twice a month on average. Teams worked hard and even some weekends to achieve this schedule. I am glad that its finally showing results.
Due to the initial uptake of Reveal, we were also hit with many support tickets, which swamped us and we could not recruit fast enough to support this volume. We have since tamed the support backlog and am glad to say we now clear the queue each day before we turn off the lights at the office.
Your note is definitely very encouraging to my team, and validates the programs we have put in place to improve all aspects of the user-experience with muvee.
