Problems with my muvee ap6. HELP!!!
I've been trying to get my autoproducer 6 to work and it just won't get past the building process. I can add in the pictures, the music and when I select "make movie" it goes through the process of checking the media and then just shuts down. I get a message that I need to download ap6. I already have it, and have had it since last October and have yet to make it work! I have the latest build. I've uninstalled, used the muvee cleaner, and reinstalled and get the same result. HELP!

Hi Vicki,
Based on the codecsList that you have sent, I found out that 'FFDshow.ax' file is in your system. Kindly rename it to something like 'FFDshow.old' and try making/saving your muvee again. Search for the file, right click on it then choose rename and change it to FFDshow.old. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your muvee this time.

Inappropriate?May I know the extension file name of the videos/music/photos that you are trying to load? May I suggest that you please try to use our sample files located @ C:\Program Files\muvee Technologies\muvee autoProducer 6.0\Samples
Let me know if you are able to make muvee using our samples.
Note : muvee software only works with music that is not DRM-protected. Apple QuickTime is required in order to support MOV files.

Inappropriate?I'm using jpg pictures and mp3 audio. The music is NOT in itunes, but in my download. I used the samples, and it goes through the analyzing process, and then as it begins the build, it just stops working, and microsoft tells me I need to download 6.0, which of course I am using. If I can't get this working, I'd really like to get my money back. This has been so frustrating! I like the program, but just can't make it work.

Inappropriate?The only other question I have is on my music. The music on my computer sounded great. When I import the music into the video, it sounds a bit tinney, like playing in a tin can. Any ideas?

Inappropriate?Not much idea about this one. What if you try using the Sample music that came with the muvee software? You meant playing the saved muvee with the added music sounds tinney right? How about when you preview the muvee in aP6?

Here are the steps to upload your media files:
a) Open Windows Explorer (Start->Programs->Accessories->Windows Explorer).
b) Copy the URL below and paste it at the address bar of the Windows Explorer:

c) Copy and paste your media files inside.
