Inappropriate?You are fortunate. I have had autoproducer 6 since May 2008. I've only used it 2.5 times and every time a new issue/error comes up resulting in hours and hours of time to resolve the issue. It would be a terrific product if it only worked with any reliability. I have deleted, cleaned, reinstalled numerous times- its getting very old. Now, I likely won't have the Valentine's gift I was trying to put together because there is yet another new problem! (thus the 2.5 times used) I will likely need to purchase a new product so that I can put these movies together more reliably.
