Did you have a contact address for your Yahoo account that wasn't at Yahoo or Hotmail? If so, one of the options on the password retrieval form should allow you to send a password reset letter to that account.
Failing that, nobody can help you. Sorry, but the problem is that Yahoo probably has no way of being sure that you are you - even matching IP addresses on your past logins will just tell them that you and the account owner used the same ISP, in all likelihood.
