How do i get my blog on my personal website/forum to be recognized as a community?

Hello, I have a blog that used to be hosted on blogger, since then I have turned it into a community blog and I host it on my personal forum.

The url for my blog on the forum is "http://cwoforum.xtreemhost.com/index.php?blog=6.0"

I was just wondering how I could get this working as a community on MyBlogLog. It's much easier for me to work on it and control it this way. I was hoping someone could help me with how to get it to work.
