How do I post content on my MyBlogLog community?

Well, my yahoo group of the same name, trltrackerz, we post all kinds of content from music, movies, news headlines, weather, health, etc... we also allow new topics to be added i would like this to be a "group blog"... we already have another blog for group faq at http://trltrackerz.sosblog.com and a new set of forums too at http://trltrackerz.forumotion.com. So as you see, we post anything except adult content and spam ...
What I meant was how to post your content to your MyBlogLog... you have nothing for a "post" feature so makes it hard for new users like myself to know how to add it, and the help section doesn't talk about this, you should add your reply and my question to your help section so others will know. I loved how you have GET SATISFACTION area where users like myself can ask help questions not listed. Very Good idea there.
