Old-School Widget (Cant find it help)

I want to use the Old-School Recent Readers Widget but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have clicked on the "Looking for the Old-School widget" link but that took me to a widget less page. Can someone direct me as to where I can find this widget? How I can get this widget?
